The location is great. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The beds provided solid comfort, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff acted friendly and helpful ..
The soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms. Doors slamming and conversations were easily audible. This made it hard to relax at times.

charming stay near the gardens

the location was amazing (right across from the botanical gardens). my classic queen room had a super comfortable bed and a spacious feel. the staff were friendly and the cleaning and maintenance staff were lovely. i also appreciated the free parking available.
I noticed some noise from inside the building. The walls seemed quite thin, so i could sometimes hear conversations in the corridor.

The hotel provides a communal kitchen and laundry facilities , both open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. These amenities added convenience to my stay, especially for longer trips. the shared kitchen was equipped, offering an area to prepare meals. a coin-operated laundry made it easy to wash clothes.

the staff was consistently kind, practical, and helpful (i was charmed). they willingly provided assistance and demonstrated a friendly and professional demeanor. the front desk staff was especially helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Excellent Stay near the Gardens

I appreciated the excellent location, especially for events near Hagley Park. The proximity to the Botanical Gardens was also a plus. The beds were comfortable. Nice toiletries were provided.
I noticed the bathroom door in my room did not have a lock. This made privacy a small concern.

the room was clean. the location was excellent, directly across from the botanical gardens.
There was no parking. This is difficult for international travelers. the queen room did not have an ensuite. i did not see that it said shared facilities.
