i had issues with cleanliness in my room there were crushed chips on the floor i found they remained there throughout my entire stay the staff didn't seem to address this properly i expected a higher standard of hygiene.

the location proved ideal. it allowed easy access to several amenities (i liked how close i was to various dining options). the bathroom amenities were also quite good.

i noticed crushed chips on the floor upon arrival. they remained there even after multiple room services. the soundproofing in the room was inadequate, i could hear hallway conversations clearly.

incorrect chargemissing utensils

The minibar charges confused me. I noticed an incorrect charge from another room. Also. The utensils for an event I held were missing. It proved to be quite the oversight. It was hard to eat the food without proper utensils. These small issues affected my experience at the hotel. I hope they get better.
