Excellent Beachfront Stay

The hotel boasts direct access to the beach through a secure gate. Meals are satisfying with a good variety (I especially liked the themed nights). Table service for drinks was a great feature. Snack options are available between the main meal times. The mattresses were very comfortable , made my holiday better. The rooms and towels were cleaned daily and always very fresh. There were always sunbeds available by the pool (even in the afternoon). The children's pool area has some really fun slides.
The only slight inconvenience was the parking fee of €13 per day at the hotel.

Staff members are friendly and efficient, ensuring requests are handled promptly. The bar staff were good and served drinks quickly. The housekeeping team maintains the cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the rooms and common areas, to a high standard.

The hotel's location is advantageous, with the beach accessible directly. Nearby, some shops and restaurants provide additional conveniences. The boulevard provides a pleasant space for walks, with a relaxed atmosphere for evening strolls (a great way to end the day).

The food wasn't AMAZING. I noticed that some dishes seemed like leftovers from previous meals. The pizza became dry and almost tasteless in the last few days. There was only one oven for pizza at a hotel full of guests!

The cleaning staff were super friendly! They dealt with our room when we didn't want a turnover, providing just fresh towels. The food choices were AMAZING!!! They could use some simple options for children, especially those with picky eating habits. But other than that, I recommend this hotel 100%.
There was no kettle in the room, though you can rent one for a weekly fee. This includes cups and a few tea bags. Coffee and milk must be purchased separately.

A Solid Stay

The location provided direct beach access through a gate. This made beach trips very convenient. The food selection was quite varied and the staff served drinks at the table. It was good to find snacks available between meals.
The restaurant was often too loud and busy. This sometimes. I found the bar service to be slow when locals were present. The Jet2 rep was not particularly helpful.
