The hotel is conveniently located near Verona. I was surprised when the staff remembered me by name upon arrival. They are always very kind and generous. I found them to be all smiles all the time.
I noticed the air conditioning did not work. Dinner portions were quite large. This made dining more expensive than expected. It was like the dishes were made for sharing.

The hotel looks rundown, and lacks a cute feel, I also noticed water damage on the bathroom door and water leaked from the shower, the bathroom was old, and the hotel room was standard.

The staff at the reception were helpful. The airport shuttle service ran on time. Breakfast had a large selection of items, which I appreciated. The spa and outdoor pool were amazing (i spent a few hours there!).
The gym was used by younger guests even though it's an adults-only hotel.

The staff in all areas were friendly. They seemed amazing at what they do. I really enjoyed the free shuttle service to Verona downtown and the train station. It was a super help.
