the staff was amazing! everyone was so cute and always ready to help. they remembered my name. the restaurant had lots of delicious options, and i particularly loved the chocolate lava cake! it was a wonderful experience.
the shuttle service didn't run as frequently as i'd hoped, making it necessary to rely on grab or have personal transportation more often.

The rooms offer comfortable spaces with thoughtful designs. My beautiful room included a private balcony overlooking lush greenery. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the beds are firm, also the daily housekeeping maintained a super clean environment!

the staff welcomed me warmly, assisting with my luggage right from the start. my room was spacious, with a king size bed and ample space. transportation to the center was convenient because of the frequent shuttle service.

the hotel is nestled in LUSH green surroundings. it is about a 20-minute straight walk to the center of town, though this walk might not be practical after dark, SO plan accordingly.

the room was clean, well air conditioned, and spacious, assuring a comfortable stay. i found fruit in the room and a nice arrangement on the bed upon arrival. the room was newly built and amazing.

The team here does a great job with the hotel upkeep. finding someone to assist was never a problem. the location is pretty good. I could easily visit the downtown area or head into the mountains. i particularly enjoyed the quiet at the swimming pool (i read a book there).
the restaurant service one evening was a bit chaotic, i think they were understaffed. the wait for orders was long, and receiving the meals took even longer. i thought the food quality was disappointing.

friendly staffthin wallslimited shuttle
the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
I was really annoyed by the noise coming from the adjacent rooms. The walls are very thin. you can clearly hear conversations and other noises, impacting privacy. the limited shuttle service was also a real problem (only one option at 0830). It makes getting around difficult without relying on taxis or rentals.
