This place offered such a unique experience. i loved the pools and the jacuzzi. there were many activities offered both on-site and in the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed trekking to the waterfalls. the staff in all departments were very kind and helpful.

The majority of the bedrooms and villas seemed to have only a partial view. i didn't have a room with a zero view. i noticed that it was a possibility.

I found many options to keep myself busy. i used the pools and jacuzzi. there were a range of activities and tours on offer. I enjoyed the sustainability tour a lot with giri, who is very passionate.

The rooms were spacious. they were super clean and cozy too. the presidential suite was really good. it could use a fan in the living room and some hooks in the master toilet shower area.

The hotel staff was constantly going above and beyond. they were super attentive and always smiling. the buggy service was well managed with little wait time. Putra, my butler, was prompt and helpful and the staff put in effort to know you.

The food at both restaurants was the best i had in bali. the balinese food at the warung was amazing and delicious. the pizza restaurant was also amazing. The arak tasting was unique and well thought out.

Amazing Villa Stay!

I just spent several nights at this fine location. The Frangipani villa provided a perfect location. It was very close to the main pool, gym, and restaurants. The villa felt secluded and private. Our villa included a jacuzzi and private pool. I had both dinners at the MiMPi Restaurant. Its menu included regional Balinese dishes and international favorites.

The building project next to my room created a bit of noise one day. This slight inconvenience did not ruin my experience.

The restaurant menu offered diverse selections, with regional Balinese and international dishes. The coffee was especially noteworthy, and the coffee tasting session taught me a lot. The food was AMAZING!!!
