A Highland Gem, Eco-Friendly and Luxurious
stylish atmosphere excellent restaurants warm staff thoughtful detail
I found the views amazing from the rooms, designed and decorated tastefully. Every detail seemed planned thoughtfully. Restaurants at the hotel provided excellent meals. The staff remained consistently kind , and they welcomed me warmly.

The resort features an excellent restaurant with diverse menu options, each dish prepared with fresh local ingredients. The presentation was consistently appealing. I sampled traditional Balinese cuisine alongside international fare. The flavours were vibrant and well-balanced.

The resort sits high in the mountains. It offers beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset over the landscape, awesome for fine photo opportunities. Coffee plants surround the hotel and create a special, peaceful atmosphere.

a tranquil escape
unique experience kind staff waterfall trekking on-site activities
This place offered such a unique experience. i loved the pools and the jacuzzi. there were many activities offered both on-site and in the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed trekking to the waterfalls. the staff in all departments were very kind and helpful.
The majority of the bedrooms and villas seemed to have only a partial view. i didn't have a room with a zero view. i noticed that it was a possibility.

I found many options to keep myself busy. i used the pools and jacuzzi. there were a range of activities and tours on offer. I enjoyed the sustainability tour a lot with giri, who is very passionate.

The rooms were spacious. they were nice and neat too. the presidential suite was really good. it could use a fan in the living room and some hooks in the master toilet shower area.

The hotel staff was constantly going above and beyond. they were super attentive and always smiling. the buggy service was well managed with little wait time. Putra, my butler, was prompt and helpful and the staff put in effort to know you.

The food at both restaurants was the best i had in bali. the balinese food at the warung was amazing and delicious. the pizza restaurant was also amazing. The arak tasting was unique and well thought out.

Amazing Villa Stay!
private pool convenient location superb food
I just spent several nights at this fine location. The Frangipani villa provided a perfect location. It was very close to the main pool, gym, and restaurants. The villa felt secluded and private. Our villa included a jacuzzi and private pool. I had both dinners at the MiMPi Restaurant. Its menu included regional Balinese dishes and international favorites.
The building project next to my room created a bit of noise one day. This slight inconvenience did not ruin my experience.

The restaurant menu offered diverse selections, with regional Balinese and international dishes. The coffee was especially noteworthy, and the coffee tasting session taught me a lot. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff members were very friendly, kind, and helpful. They provided really good service and anticipated every need. Their warmth.
