The room was very spacious. It had a lovely balcony with a view. the sound of the nearby river below was relaxing. the breakfast was generous and tasty, a good way to start the day.
The doors did not close properly. I found bugs and insects inside the room. i think this should be adressed for a next stay.

The pool area was really nice and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there! there are two pools at each end of the hotel. One is for children and the other is for adults in a quieter, more secluded area.

The staff was friendly. i particularly appreciated the spacious room with the garden-facing balcony. the quiet location really helped me relax. i found it a great value. It could easily be rated four stars.
there were quite a few steps down to the rooms, then more steps up to the top level, a little tiring at times.

I really enjoyed my stay. my room was large and modern. it had everything i expect from a good hotel. the pool was beautiful. I loved the plants in the jungle setting. it's amazing to find this in the heart of everything.
the pre-ordered breakfast arrangements were a bit strange. i found them inconvenient. the staff were also a little difficult to find sometimes though!

The pool area impressed me with its fine views and peacefulness. I appreciated that the hotel is within walking distance of the main road. I found several good restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The staff welcomed me with smiles and were always ready to assist.
The floor drainage in the bathroom was somewhat inadequate.

i found the staff to be helpful. the pool was fine (it really is a beautiful spot!), and i enjoyed its quiet atmosphere. the hotel's proximity to shops made it very convenient.
the doors did not close perfectly. this did result in some insects getting inside the room.
