communal areaseasy check-in
the communal areas were neat. i loved how easy check-in was! my bungalow had a pool view and the pool was just fantastic. they gave me many towels.
The apartment cleaning needs improvement. The bathroom was not super clean.

The location was perfect because it was close to everything. The complex was quiet. It was also close to shops, restaurants and pubs.
I found the provided telephone numbers were wrong. No one answer the other one. A man answered a Spanish mobile phone for "extreme emergencies" but didn't speak Spanish. The man laughed when I asked him about it. I think it's wildly inappropriate of a business located in Spain to laugh at a client who asks to speak in Spanish.

The location is excellent it is a very quiet complex but is close to shops. restaurants are also nearby and pubs are accessible. entry to the complex was straightforward. I had no issues getting in and finding my apartment
i find it disturbing that we weren't able to communicate with local staff at any moment. after a long trip, we arrived at the hotel at 4pm and there was no one to receive us though the instructions sent by email to access the premises were wrong and we were stuck outside.
