fantastic stay!
helpful staff multiple treadmills railway station water bottles
the staff was friendly and helpful. the gym features multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. the location is close to the railway station. the room had an ironing board and complimentary water bottles.
the outdoor heaters were not working .

the restaurant and bar staff, including austin, noel, and alan, provided attentive service and were very cute. anne marie at reception was helpful with all requests. this ensured a smooth and pleasant experience.

inconsistencies detract from overall experience
package inconsistencies missing items
i stayed in a couples beautiful room and was disappointed by package inconsistencies. the breakfast in bed was initially said to cost extra. a treat stated in the package was missing upon arrival then breakfast arrived late with missing items. i had to repeatedly follow up with reception and it detracted from the experience.

unfixed internet limited selection
the internet DID NOT connect TO the telly IN MY room. i rang RECEPTION, and someone CAME, but THEY could NOT fix THE problem. it WAS frustrating since I paid EXTRA for A relaxing BREAK. also, the four-course meal HAD A much SMALLER selection THAN the full MENU. IT was like a downgrade compared TO paying SEPARATELY.
