the staff was friendly and helpful. the gym features multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. the location is close to the railway station. the room had an ironing board and complimentary water bottles.
the outdoor heaters were not working .

i stayed in a couples beautiful room and was disappointed by package inconsistencies. the breakfast in bed was initially said to cost extra. a treat stated in the package was missing upon arrival then breakfast arrived late with missing items. i had to repeatedly follow up with reception and it detracted from the experience.

the internet DID NOT connect TO the telly IN MY room. i rang RECEPTION, and someone CAME, but THEY could NOT fix THE problem. it WAS frustrating since I paid EXTRA for A relaxing BREAK. also, the four-course meal HAD A much SMALLER selection THAN the full MENU. IT reminded me of a downgrade compared TO paying SEPARATELY.
