Samburu Sopa Lodge is located inside the Samburu National Reserve in Northern Kenya, providing scenic views from high ground. The lodge is accessible via a 6-hour drive from Nairobi or a 50-minute flight from Wilson Airport to Samburu Oryx airstrip, followed by a 10-minute transfer to the lodge. This prime setting allows for panoramic views of the Samburu shrubland and hills beyond, ideal for wildlife viewing.

Comprising 60 rooms, Samburu Sopa Lodge includes 15 cottages designed with two bedrooms each, arranged in an arch formation to surround the waterhole. The hotel offers 2 inter-connecting wheelchair accessible rooms for guests with mobility needs. Each accommodation allows for a clear view of the vast land and free movement of wildlife to the waterhole.
