The hotel staff are very cute and customer focused I appreciate it.
I found the poolside lounge bed mattresses stained they needed replacement I did not go to the main pool because of this issue it annoyed me.

The communal areas were nice. The pool area was beautiful. The private pier offered happy hour service in the evenings.
The breakfast lacked fresh vegetables. The staff did not know english very well. Some miscommunications occurred.

amazing jungle vibes
spacious rooms beautiful design great breakfast
the rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. i got jungle and tropical vibes here and the design is authentic to thailand. the staff was very sweet. the breakfast was also great.
i found mosquitos to be a significant issue. we needed spray to get rid of them. i was unable to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces due to this.

the hotel is located right on the beach and it makes it easy to take a quick swim whenever you feel like it the views of the ocean are very nice especially during sunrise and sunset it's a very beautiful setting

the rooms have lovely wooden walls and offer a comfortable bedroom i stayed in a plunge pool king suite but the open-air plunge pool didn't provide much benefit in november the exercise room was very nice and included good equipment

Wonderful stay, minor hiccups
helpful staff beautiful grounds thai dishes
I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Pan, the barman. He offered amazing service. The food was another highlight. I liked the combination of Thai and European dishes. The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful, a lovely area to relax.

Our Plunge Pool Suite King included a porch area and bedroom. The plunge pool was situated near the shower. Having to go outside at night to use the toilet was sometimes inconvenient but tolerable. The room maintenance was consistent.

The breakfast had tasty options with high variety. I found the breakfast excellent. The breakfast service was quick and attentive. It made for a great start to the day. the dining experience was positive.

a somewhat underwhelming experience
poor breakfast faulty air conditioning
The hotel seemed to struggle with some basics. my room's air conditioning wasn't working well. It was hard to keep cool. plus, the breakfast selection was quite limited. I was hoping for more variety for a hotel of this supposed standard, especially after a few days.

wow, what a place!
friendly staff sunset drinks fresh coffee
i just came back from a short trip and this hotel is awesome! the staff are so amazing and helpful. the private pier gives a great spot for sunset drinks i never wanted to leave. the breakfast options was great with fresh coffee made for me.
