the welcome at check-in was warm (such a lovely touch!). the breakfast offered variety, and i found options catering to different dietary needs. the housekeeping maintained a high standard of hygiene. the cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful, and the spacious rooms added to the overall comfort.
i booked two rooms. the air conditioning, minibar and tv did not work the first night. i found the staff unhelpful. i also felt we were made fun of when we spoke up about things. i paid for the comfort rooms.

The location offers immediate beach access. The breakfast buffet had a fresh selection every morning. The hotel offered free coffee and hot drinks all day. A nice waterfront path allowed easy walks.
The gym was sometimes busy during peak hours.
