easy access family pool attentive service
the location offers very easy access to the national park it is just outside the hotel the beach is also easily accessible down a short path towels are available at the front desk as needed the staff arranged a late checkout when i required it. there is a main pool that is great for families it is well maintained and never felt overcrowded i noticed comfortable chairs were available the swim up bar had a friendly bartender called andres. i found the breakfast included a good variety of options the service at congo restaurant was also quite attentive the buffet had many choices i found excellent.

paradise found close to nature
easy access sunset views adult space
i appreciated the hotel's location next to the national park. the easy access made exploring simple. i loved the multiple pools, with spaces for families and adults. the rooftop restaurant offered sunset views. i enjoyed watching the wildlife from our balcony.
the elevator was out of service which required using the stairs.

the hotel boasts a large pool suitable for families. the rooftop pool offers an adults-only space. there is a convenient on-site parking area near the entrance. the pools had very clean, clear water.

My suite featured a separate living area and a balcony. It faced the jungle. the air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room cool! i found plenty of hot water in the shower. the bed had fine sheets.

Staff were helpful with directions. They provided useful information. restaurant staff were attentive and courteous. the hotel had quick response times in addressing requests. breakfast staff worked efficiently during the morning.
