the location was convenient near shops. the rooms were luxurious. the beds were comfortable after a long day (a very welcomed feature).
one morning, a male staff member walked into our bedroom without knocking. i found it embarrassing. the bathroom taps only had hot water available.

unstaffed barslow room service
the bar was not what i expected it to be. it was just a small, unstaffed room up some stairs, stocked with room temperature drinks, i found this frustrating. my elderly mum had a room without lift access, forcing her to climb stairs. i asked about swapping rooms, but mine had stairs too. room service was slow, i also noticed stained carpets.
