cramped room noticeable noise
The location proved quite convenient for accessing various parts of the city. The staff was amicable and ready to assist when needed.
I found the room to be rather cramped. The bathroom was especially small. It was difficult to maneuver within it (a bit like trying to park a car in a space that's clearly too small). the noise from adjacent rooms was quite noticeable, disrupting my sleep on a couple of nights.

convenient location friendly staff fresh pastries small room unpleasant smell paid water
the location is good, near victoria station. staff were attentive, always ready to help. fresh pastries and coffee were provided each morning, a nice touch.
The room i had was quite small. Moving around with luggage was difficult. the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell, noticeable upon entering. the hotel charges for bottled water. I thought water should be complimentary.

super clean room helpful staff complimentary pastries
The room was super clean! the staff were helpful. they even carried my bags upstairs, which i really appreciated! the hotel provided complimentary pastries and coffee each morning, a good touch. i found a fantastic restaurant just around the corner. It was so convenient.
the room size was slightly smaller than anticipated.

Amazing Stay!
accommodating staff convenient location complimentary pastries
The staff was accommodating. They really were pretty good too ensure I felt welcomed. I particularly appreciated the convenient location, easy to access all the attractions I wanted to see. The complimentary coffee and pastries each morning were a good bonus!

My room included a comfortable bed, and the decor created a relaxing atmosphere. I slept so well! There were ample toiletries and fresh towels available daily. Everything was super clean and well kept. The provided blackout curtains allowed for restful sleep anytime.

The complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby were a really nice touch each morning. I loved that! The selection offered a variety of options. I felt very energized for my days exploring. The area was clean. It was always well-stocked.

friendly staff convenient location daily cleaning quiet neighborhood
the staff was friendly, and they offered coffee and pastries each morning. the location near Victoria Station proved convenient for travel throughout the city. the room had daily cleaning which I appreciated after long days. the quiet neighborhood allowed restful nights.
i noticed the room size was smaller than expected, making it a little tight for luggage STORAGE.
