The room was super clean! the staff were helpful. they even carried my bags upstairs, which i really appreciated! the hotel provided complimentary pastries and coffee each morning, a good touch. i found a fantastic restaurant just around the corner. It was so convenient.
the room size was slightly smaller than anticipated.

The staff was accommodating. They really were really good too ensure I felt welcomed. I particularly appreciated the convenient location, easy to access all the attractions I wanted to see. The complimentary coffee and pastries each morning were a good bonus!

My room included a comfortable bed, and the decor created a relaxing atmosphere. I slept so well! There were ample toiletries and fresh towels available daily. Everything was super clean and well kept. The provided blackout curtains allowed for restful sleep anytime.

the staff was friendly, and they offered coffee and pastries each morning. the location near Victoria Station proved convenient for travel throughout the city. the room had daily cleaning which I appreciated after long days. the quiet neighborhood allowed restful nights.
i noticed the room size was smaller than expected, making it a little tight for luggage STORAGE.
