The hotel was very clean with professional staff. They were very helpful. i had a very comfortable bed and clean amenities. i appreciated that the metro station was very close. I booked another stay after my walk. the breakfast had a great variety of choices!
I could hear noises outside the window. The street behind my room on the first floor was busy. closing the window did not fully eliminate the sound and the ventilation was not as effective as i hoped. it affected my sleep .

the location is very convenient, especially with the metro station nearby! it made moving around the city very easy. the subway system is good, and the hotel is right next to a stop on a useful line to the center.

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with extending my stay by one night. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked well.

the breakfast was decent and offered enough choices to start the day.
The noise was unacceptable. The street noise at night made sleep nearly impossible because there was no sound isolation. i was also disappointed that the air conditioning cut off multiple times during the night, forcing me to wake up and reset it. finally, housekeeping came very late in the afternoon, around 4 pm. By then, i was already back in the room.
