I faced an issue with no hot water. I expect everything to work at a place like this. staff response took over an hour and a half, really frustrating.

The location is convenient with easy access to the mall. I found this super convenient and enjoyed the great service from the parking attendants to the room service. The hotel has amazing amenities. i appreciated the delicious breakfast options. They really kickstarted my day.

The location is AMAZING. It is right in the Sandton City shopping complex. I especially enjoyed the convenient, uninterrupted shopping available. The staff was always professional and attentive, a detail I really appreciated. The breakfast was also delicious!
The bar fridge was completely empty, and you have to pay immediately when you order something.

The room was spacious with robes and slippers provided. The bathroom was HUGE! The hotel is immaculate, and the staff are helpful. It's a totally giving 5-star energy, which I enjoyed.
