the hotel has a fantastic position for accessing the area. free parking on the road was available at the entrance. the staff helped with anything i needed.
the design of the hotel felt disjointed. i was on floor zero, built into the rock, and it felt cold.

The building's architecture impressed me greatly. The design seamlessly blends into the city walls. i found the location convenient. It allows for easy access to the duomo and various restaurants. the staff was helpful. Directions were provided via whatsapp when i initially got lost. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.
the street outside can get noisy at times.

The staff demonstrated excellent efficiency and attentiveness. They were available and eager to help with any request. personalized recommendations for local attractions were readily provided. their commitment added significantly to the quality of the stay. We loved the service. but the attention to details was amazing!

The room was spacious and very clean. Public parking was free and conveniently located nearby. i appreciated the wake up call service. hot water was readily available with great water pressure, ensuring comfortable showers. The room was perfect!
