pleasant stay near the center
helpful staff satisfying breakfast comfortable lounger
i found the breakfast very satisfying with several options available. the staff demonstrated excellent service and were consistently helpful. the outdoor pool had comfortable loungers, made relaxation easy and pleasant.

The hotel provides easy access to the city center. It is approximately fifteen minutes away. nearby, the railway station facilitates easy transportation options. the hotel's position is near many key points.

The breakfast included diverse choices, including vegan croissants and various plant-based milk alternatives. the bar offered tasty cocktails at reasonable prices. I liked the limoncello spritz. a kind waiter brewed a superb coffee during breakfast just as i requested.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted.
sterile room missing furniture
The room felt somewhat sterile. Not exactly cozy. I found a mess of cables behind the TV. A lamp partly obscured the screen. Though I didn't really watch much TV. I found this odd in a four-star place. The balcony lacked furniture. I moved chairs from inside to use it. It worked, but wasn't ideal.

good size underground parking
The rooms were a GOOD size. Standard amenities WERE available. I had everything I needed. Underground parking SAVED me a lot of stress with my car.
The walls seemed VERY thin. I could hear some noise.

average breakfast missing amenities
The location was acceptable , as it was near a bus stop.
The breakfast was very average. I was surprised the spa facilities were shut during summer , despite the hotel marketing itself as a spa hotel. The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities , and there were no drinking glasses.

secure parking convenient location helpful staff
The breakfast offered varied options, including fresh pastries. The underground garage provided secure parking for my vehicle. I found the location convenient. A bus stop was nearby. The helpful staff assisted with directions and local information.
I found the pool area lacked sufficient seating. I also noticed some wear and tear in the hallways. Some areas could benefit from painting.

tasty breakfast friendly staff useful pool
The included breakfast was tasty. The staff were super friendly and accommodating (alessandra was especially helpful). I made good use of the pool after sightseeing.
