I found the staff friendly and helpful . They took care of my bags and arranged convenient airport transfers. The hotel's location felt safe. Numerous good restaurants are nearby. The atmosphere is friendly. Breakfast offers TASTY options and a good start to the day.
The online pictures didn't entirely match the reality of the room. It looked a bit old.

The hotel is near main attractions. It is a short walk to the Blue Mosque. The Egyptian Bazaar is also easily accessible. The T1 tram line is nearby. It allows easy access to other parts of the city.

The staff were VERY helpful. They assisted with bags and transport to the airport.
The room I got was NOT like the photos. It was old and run down, the bathroom especially. I even noticed what looked like cling film on the bed, maybe to prevent bed bugs, and I woke up with bites on my arm.

The reception staff was friendly. They helped me with directions. The breakfast included olives, cheese and fresh bread. I found the breakfast quite satisfying. The location was central. I walked to most places. The bed had clean sheets. I slept well.
The bathroom was rather small, i wish there was more space.
