service issues overshadow the stay
firm mattress unhelpful staff
the room had a mattress that felt too firm. it was like sleeping on a bench i paid a considerable amount per night and expected a more comfortable bed. also one of the staff members seemed disinterested in assisting me. they were chatting with a friend instead of helping with my request.

great location, comfy rooms!
convenient location clean room great shower
the location prove very convenient. a short walk took me to the monastery and local restaurants. the room provide clean with great shower pressure. the bed was comfy, perfect for relax after a day of travel.
breakfast had a small selection of items.

the hotel has underground parking. this is very convenient, especially when you arrive by car. the breakfast included a good variety of options and a cozy dining area enhanced the experience.

this location is great with many bars and restaurants nearby. a short walk took me to a lovely plaza, it have a lot of places to eat. the hotel is close to local shops.

small beds uncomfortable pillows
the room had two small beds these were only 90cm each. pillows proved really uncomfortable it seems some guests get alternatives from reception but i did not know this at the time no one offered me one.
