Really good stay!

The rooms were SPACIOUS and clean. The breakfast included a variety of foods and drinks. I could even prepare my own juice. The location was fantastic and the views were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gym is SMALL, making it hard to use when occupied.

The hotel offers GREAT scenaries from every room. Photos don't do justice. It is a quiet place. The air feels fresh when walking up the mountains and using the cable car.

The hotel has a shuttle every 30 minutes to the cable car. It took only 3 minutes. the food was amazing!!! every dinner included a 5 course meal. the spa has great activities daily. These activities happen in the spa, in the gym, and outside too.

The sink is just behind the bed. Washing hands at night might wake a partner.

i liked the really good food. i ate a new dinner menu every day for two weeks, and it was easy to maintain my gluten-free diet. the breakfast selection was also very good. the entire team was hospitable, and i enjoyed my interactions with the reception, spa, restaurant, and cleaning staff.

the sink was just behind the bed , so washing my hands at night woke up my partner. the spa opened late at 11 am , and checkout was at 10.30 am. i found this schedule inconvenient. the hotel did not feel like it met five-star standards.
