convenient stay near mount etna
great location alpine guides delicious food
I found the location excellent for exploring mount etna. guided tours start right outside (alpine guides provide great insight). The restaurant served delicious food.
there was considerable noise from nearby rooms and hallways. the sound insulation could use improvement. lunch options seemed limited and not particularly appealing.

The restaurant features tasty food at reasonable prices and a varied menu. I particularly enjoyed dinner. the breakfast included fresh orange juice and a selection of hot beverages (the freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight).

Our room offered a lovely balcony with views. the room was clean and included all necessary amenities. I had the double room terrace. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

the mountain lodge sits at 2 meters. we picked a room with a private bathroom and a terrace. it felt very comfortable and clean. i was surprised by the provided amenities.
our room felt overheated, and i couldn't adjust the heating. i had to open the window, and this created a very cold breeze. gluten-free breakfast options were almost nonexistent, despite my prior request.

The location was fantastic. Free parking was available. This was very convenient. The restaurant served amazing food.
My room was small and the window was also small. I could hear my neighbors talking, not ideal. The shower cabin was tiny. It was not easy to move.

helpful staff excellent restaurant
the location proves unbeatable for exploring mount etna. the restaurant offered good choices on the menu, i found it surprisingly excellent. friendly staff assisted with every need, and they were quite helpful. i found the room acceptable, it contained a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom.

delicious food amazing service free parking small shower loud fan unpleasant smell
the staff provided amazing service. the food at the restaurant was really delicious and i loved the wine selection. the location was perfect , a short walk to the tour meeting point , which was so convenient. i enjoyed the free parking available at the hotel too.
the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the pipes. i found the shower to be quite small. the bathroom fan was also ridiculously loud.
