convenient Etna basecamp
helpful staffexcellent restaurant
the location proves unbeatable for exploring mount etna. the restaurant offered good choices on the menu, i found it surprisingly excellent. friendly staff assisted with every need, and they were quite helpful. i found the room acceptable, it contained a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom.

the hotel features a restaurant that is open all day and evening, i noted. there are options available to get something to eat throughout, ensuring convenience . the restaurant provides diverse dishes that were of good quality.

the staff provided amazing service. the food at the restaurant was really delicious and i loved the wine selection. the location was perfect , a short walk to the tour meeting point , which was so convenient. i enjoyed the free parking available at the hotel too.
the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the pipes. i found the shower to be quite small. the bathroom fan was also ridiculously loud.
