unstable bed stained floor
The location was advantageous, offering easy access to key attractions.
The bed provided insufficient support. I could feel every spring. the aged desk lacked a chair, and the stained floor contributed to a general sense of disrepair. the staff seemed unwilling to consider an alternative room.

The location was convenient. It was near the cathedral. Breakfast offered a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the pastries.
The hot water took a long time to run in the shower. It was more warm than hot. Radiators were not working in my room. I had to collect a hairdryer from reception.

great cathedral view and breakfast
fantastic location wide variety historic charm helpful staff
the location was fantastic as it was right next to the cathedral. i could easily walk to the city center. breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including a full english breakfast. the building itself had a historic charm. the staff was very helpful.
the room was a bit too plain. i think it would benefit from some pictures on the walls.

the breakfast included a standard cooked breakfast with bacon, sausages, and scrambled eggs. fruit options included bowls of grapefruit and oranges. there were many other choices, ensuring a fulfilling start to the day.

stained carpet inconsistent shower
The room felt unkempt. there were stains on the carpet. It really needed a deep clean. the shower temperature fluctuated wildly. I found it difficult to get a consistent, comfortable water flow. these issues impacted my overall satisfaction negatively.

outdated furniture thin walls
the free breakfast buffet was quite decent and had a good variety of options.
The room felt quite outdated. The furniture was worn, and the bathroom fixtures looked like they hadn't been updated in years. the walls were thin and i could hear everything going on in the hallway.
