mixed Feelings About This Hotel

well stocked fridgepoor sound insulationexcessive noise

the room was quite spacious and included a well stocked fridge.

sound insulation was seriously lacking in the room i occupied i could clearly hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms the shower in the room above created significant noise as well the noise clearly exceeded acceptable levels and disturbed my rest i do not expect this in a hotel room at this price point.

i had a very comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. the hosting team provided polite service. drinks at the bar offered excellent value i think it was the cheapest pint i had in shetland. the cooked breakfast was amazing too.

the sound insulation was poor i could hear noise from other rooms.

i stayed near the village heart. the staff were friendly. i enjoyed breakfast and lamb curry. i also appreciated the lively bar atmosphere.

sound insulation was POOR , and i could hear the disco music below my room until late one night.
