The location is quite good. It is only a short walk to the city center. Free parking is available just outside. I find the included hot breakfast very convenient.
The staircase looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently. The room design seemed quite outdated, a bit odd. I note black mold on the shower tray edge.

The hosts were very friendly. They attended to my needs promptly. The communication was fantastic from the very beginning. The breakfast offered good choices including fresh tea and coffee, toast, cheeses and hot foods. I enjoyed the eggs, bacon and porridge. It was AMAZING!!!
I found no lounge. The chair in my room had wooden legs. They were all loose. I almost fell!!!
