the location was excellent near the train station and pedestrian street. the breakfast had a wide selection and high quality ingredients. the staff provided tourist information and were consistently helpful. the bed offered great comfort and the room was clean.
my room was quite a distance from the escalator and many door frame bumps were present. this made navigating with a heavy suitcase difficult. sound insulation against outside noise was not optimal on the fifth floor and i heard shouting. these issues slightly detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

Underwhelming Stay Due to Temperature and Room Size

The location near the central station worked fine for my travel plans.
My room felt way too small, it was hard to move around with luggage, and the temperature was difficult to regulate. The cooling system was blowing cold air, I asked staff to fix this, yet nothing happened. these issues affected my enjoyment of the room.

The staff was helpful with luggage storage prior to check-in. My room included a kettle, safe, and fridge. Breakfast offered smoked salmon and various granola options (i enjoyed the cinnamon buns!).
The room lacked air conditioning, which required me to leave the window open, resulting in considerable street noise.
