Mixed Experience. Room for Improvement
inconsistent temperatureroad noise
I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. The heating system seemed to be either fully on or completely off. This made maintaining a consistent and comfortable environment challenging. the noise from the adjacent road was noticeable, particularly during peak hours. It did disrupt the tranquility I had hoped for.

The coffee served during breakfast was lukewarm. The black pudding I received was completely raw. It was uncooked. The manager did not acknowledge my feedback about this issue. The staff looked generally clueless.

i found the room had tea, coffee, and biscuits. the location was ideal for my travel plans. breakfast included plentiful continental options. the staff were good, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
the car park was small, and it was full upon my arrival.

harry welcomed me warmly when i arrived mid afternoon on a sunday. all the staff were attentive and professional . they seemed to handle everything with genuine care.

the building is constructed from beautiful cotswold stone. the hotel is easy to find, and it has on-site parking. despite its location on a main road, i found it surprisingly quiet.

the room was very clean and well sized the bed had good linen breakfast was really good dinner was even better the setting was spot on i liked the swift check-in.
the landing had chairs stacked on it from the dining room linen was piled on the floor outside my room i needed to walk around it to get in and out the garbage was stacked outside the front door.
