beautiful grounds
countryside views sufficient parking shared areas
the grounds are beautiful! i saw countryside views from the restaurant. i also found sufficient parking very near to my block. the bar refurb is splendid, and all the shared areas are delightfully presented.
i didn't sleep well because the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. i was woken by people slamming doors, walking in hallways, and talking. i could hear the person next door having conversations.

The room was very clean with a large bed. i liked the accent chair with foot stool in the room. The plug sockets also included usb sockets, and it had air-conditioning.

This is a nice quiet location with easy motorway access. It's a 10 min drive to leamington or warwick. i found the hotel convenient to main road links. it's surrounded by countryside and lovely views.

Excellent Stay and Service
comfortable bed high quality excellent service
The room had a comfortable bed, and the quality finish on everything in the Stratford building impressed me. The grounds were great for a run. I found the bar area relaxing with excellent service. The breakfast was both excellent and quick. This made for a great start to the day.
The checkout time at 09:30 felt too early on Sunday. I realized this was in the email, but it didn't register. The key card locked us out after 9 AM even after reception reloaded it. This also happened to friends next door, so it was not an isolated issue.

The staff were friendly and always helpful. I noticed quick responses to requests and efficient handling of check-in and check-out procedures, which really enhanced my stay. Everyone seemed willing to assist.

the room was super clean. a nice accent chair with foot stool sat in the room. i like the plug sockets also including usb sockets. i found this very useful.
the building looks excellent, but it feels more like a hall of residence.

decent stay with some issues
sensor lights weak shower
the room assigned wasn't ideal. the bathroom lights operated on sensors, so they were always on, even at night, it was quite disturbing. also, there was no air conditioning and the over-bath shower was weak (i think it was lukewarm) and there was plenty of room to have a separate shower. (i was a bit disappointed).

picturesque setting clean room great breakfast
The setting felt picturesque. The main building's architecture felt magnificent. I found the overall service efficient and the facilities well kept. The breakfast provided a great start to the day! My room was smart and really clean.
Some of the buildings do not match the architectural style of the main house. This did feel a little unsympathetic.

wisteria bloom food option wide variety
ashorne hill is a beautiful place. wisteria and lilacs were in bloom, and they seemed fine. we play boules and giant connect 4, a wonderful thing. breakfast included a buffet, a wide variety of food options.
i saw only one mug and one towel in a room booked for two, an omission, i felt.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service
helpful staff open fire hot chocolate lovely gesture
The staff was very helpful upon my late evening arrival. They ensured I could get food. I appreciated this attention. I sat in the main hall by the open fire. It looked fine. A staff member turned on the drinks machine so my partner could have hot chocolate. He also brought out a bar of chocolate. This gesture was really lovely.
