Really good hospitality and prime location
prime location excellent breakfast perfect access
The location is excellent. It is across from the beach. The breakfast had an excellent choice of options. I did not use my car once during my one week stay. It was perfect as I could walk to town.

nonexistent parking space small room size
The breakfast met my expectations. It was promptly served.
The allocated parking space did not exist. I had to find street parking. The room size was also smaller than I anticipated. This impacted overall comfort negatively.

cute hosts comfortable room sea view unavailable parking small room similar standard
nick and caroline were cute upon arrival i received a comfortable room on the first floor. it faced the front and included a sea view. the breakfast choices were really good and the breakfast room was pleasant.
car parking was unavailable near the hotel. the room was a little small. i understand that rooms are similar in standard in english seaside resorts.

unavailable parking limited space
The allocated parking was not available on arrival. i had to find alternative parking several streets away. It was quite inconvenient. furthermore, the room size was smaller than expected. it made maneuvering around the space somewhat difficult. the limited space detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

full parking broken ice machine
The on-site parking was full. I ended up hunting for street parking several blocks away! the ice machine was out of order. That was annoying since I wanted a cold drink but had to wait a while for staff to help me.
