I could hear EVERYTHING. The soundproofing was non-existent! I heard other guests. Every footstep and conversation came through the walls. The bed was quite uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a board!

eric and dympna are very lovely hosts and they provided a full tasty breakfast, i really loved the personal touch they gave to all guests making sure everybody was well looked after.

the location is great since the beach is right outside and the sea view adds value, breakfast can be taken with sea views giving the most pleasant experience to every visitor i think.

The room had coffee and tea facilities with biscuits for anytime use. i also appreciated that the room was bright and spacious. i really liked the communal area provided . It encouraged socializing. breakfast options included a home cooked irish breakfast with french pressed coffee.
the rooms are upstairs, so guests must carry luggage. this was only a slight inconvenience.

breakfast featured traditional irish options. it also had options for a sweet breakfast. the host served a full irish breakfast that included sausages, eggs, bacon, black and white pudding, tomato, and toast.

the location puts guests only a short distance from the beach. the hotel provides superb views from the breakfast area! the building is right on the beach and a short walk to the main restaurant.

the family room sea view was AMAZING!!! it was super clean, comfortable and spacious. i really enjoyed the ocean view and the amenities offered after a long day. the hot breakfast had many options and it tasted delicious!
I could hear other guests snore and urinate. The rooms have zero sound proofing. this was an issue at night, and i could not sleep as much as i wanted. alas, this was not a relaxing experience!!!

The location was perfect. I was close to everything and could relax. the views were fine, and i got to explore the beach nearby. the hotel has easy access to main restaurants on foot, super convenient!

the room was very large, given that it was a last minute trip. the family room sea view has all the amenities, including a larger than average shower with excellent pressure. the beds are also very comfortable, so you can enjoy a great rest!
