Solid Choice for a Short Stay
comfortable bed valet service
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep. I found breakfast tasty. The valet service worked well for me. I had no issues with it.
I think the bar could improve. They had many items unavailable on the menu. Room food delivery was missing options. A hotel store should be available.

the staff were nice AND helpful!
The room I booked WAS NOT what I received. i felt misled because I prepaid, only to find out that the room didn't exist. It was like a BAIT and switch. i was NOT compensated for this, made the situation WORSE. it's frustrating when hotels don't honor their commitments.

ample comfort responsive staff convenient restaurant
the room was well-kept and the beds provided ample comfort i found the staff to be responsive to requests the location's proximity to restaurants was very convenient everything was clean. this. the hotel offers quick access to downtown.
the check-in process was a bit slow on arrival this created a small delay before i could settle in.

my beautiful queen room had good lighting the climate control system worked effectively i found the furnishings modern and well-kept the blackout curtains ensured restful nights. i slept soundly.

the hotel offers great access to the sea bus terminal getting to downtown was easy and quick numerous dining options exist within walking distance , made meals convenient. the area felt safe at night.

the fitness center included several treadmills and stationary bikes equipment looked new i did notice that the business center had two computers with printers i used them for boarding passes.

the front desk assisted quickly with requests i asked for extra towels and a late check-out both were provided the staff was consistently polite and helpful everything was smooth.
