I stayed for a few nights and the location was convenient. On-site restaurants provided good dining options. My room included a very nice view.
Check-in felt somewhat business-like and lacked a personal touch. My shower did not work fully.

I stayed in a clean room. The hallway carpet looked beautiful. Restaurants located in the lobby gave us dining options, convenient. The hotel's location near the falls was great.
The WiFi connection required frequent log-ins. I had to agree to the terms every time to check my mail. This happened repeatedly even after short periods.

The smoke smell was overwhelming as I walked in (it even lingered in my mouth). The front desk staff could use additional customer service training. I also found the hostess at the restaurant unhelpful.
