unexpected charges poor service
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions the arcade was a plus.
i was disappointed by unexpected charges on my card i pre paid the hotel months ago i ended up with multiple charges and unnecessary currency fees the customer service did not resolve the issue despite providing details it was frustrating.

mixed feelings about this stay
stuck elevator uncaring staff
the location of this hotel was acceptable.
the elevator got stuck, that was really terrifying. it took a while for it to restart. no one seemed to notice or care after i told them at the front desk, the staff didn't seem to really listen.

i secured a city view guest room with a king bed.. the bathroom was particularly excellent with provided amenities. the staff managed my bags with care until check-in at 10 am.

great location early check-in upgraded room
the hotel boasts a great location. i checked in early , around 10:45 am. my room got upgraded to the 10th floor.
the car park seemed like a bit of a trek through the adjacent hotel.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities
comfortable bed separate sinks rooftop pool
My room included a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom had two separate sinks, which I liked. I used the fitness center. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The rooftop pool area provided amazing views and I could see the fireworks display at night.
The elevators were sometimes slow.
