The gold king suite FAR exceeded my expectations. The gold lounge felt quiet and exclusive. I thought clockwork bar served great food and drinks. The pricing matched other establishments in the city.
I found the bathroom a bit tight, I wished there was more than one area to get ready in the morning!

The high level of service was excellent, from the lounge and restaurant amenities to the attention to room cleanliness. Required towels were replenished. Cristina was my R/A on the 8th floor, and she paid great detail to attention.

I thought the room was clean, and the coffee machine was useful. Amenities included soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, a robe, and slippers. The room itself seemed like a decent size, and the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The location was perfect. It is close to attractions like the CN tower. Union Square station made traveling around the city easy. It is the main bus, train, and subway station. I not sketchy at all when walking around the area, even at night.

The hotel is across from Union Station. This made access to transportation very easy. The building felt beautiful and well maintained. A large refrigerator was convenient for storing drinks and snacks.
The room service menu did not have many options for a solo traveler.

The location is PRIME. Union Station is just steps away from the hotel entrance (SO convenient!). I found several restaurants and attractions within a short walking distance. The room was very clean and well appointed. It included two washrooms (a HUGE bonus!).
