the hotel grounds are beautiful. the pool and bar are great. i liked that there was lots of parking. the staff was very helpful, they could not do enough.

my room and balcony were smaller than expected. the selection of teas and coffees was missing, i only had one small pod. i had to ask for a bottle opener. extra water was not provided in sufficient quantity.

the location was superb! i found the staff always ready to assist with any request, showing true care and attention to detail. the complimentary bicycles were a bonus, i could explore the surroundings easily. the breakfast was good, it had many healthy options that tasted delicious.

the steam room was much too hot, making it unusable and the sauna was switched off, i didn't enjoy this

The experience wasn't great. the room was smaller than i expected. there weren't enough basic items like tea and coffee. plus, the pool is right by a busy road. It is not relaxing at all.
