barefoot luxury was awesome!

We arrived and immediately took off our shoes (a ritual i embraced!). the resort design is beautiful with sand everywhere. our beautiful bungalow had everything we needed, including daily cleaning. laundry service was also very efficient. Clothes returned the same day. the pool area included convenient bar service. a wine list offered many options.

the all-inclusive package start time was inconvenient (3 p.m. check-in).

the staff was very friendly. staff members addressed concerns immediately. i witnessed managers engage with guests daily. this created a very attentive atmosphere and i felt very welcome by the team.

Relaxing stay in paradise

I liked the hotel design. Each bungalow has a traditional Swahili style and feels completely private. I could walk endlessly up and down the quiet beach. There are many different areas within the resort to relax including the private terrace and poolside. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and provided really good service.

The food was simple and delicious with beautiful presentation. There was good variety at each meal and the breakfast and lunch were a la carte. Dinner included a full taster menu, a good experience.

The team constantly works to keep the whole resort looking fantastic. The staff members were very cute, always ready to help with a smile. They provided prompt assistance with any requests. I appreciated their dedication.
