beautiful gardengreat servicefriendly staff
the hotel features a beautiful garden and good lights at evening. the bar area offered a super atmosphere. the staff give a great service. all were so friendly and provided a great service.
the fridge was not cold enough for medical supplies.

The hotel had various restaurants. I was able to get a reservation freely. buses run every ten minutes to the beach. This makes travel convenient. the private beach is on the left side of the resort.

The hotel provides various restaurants with diverse culinary options. i ate at the buffet. It had very nice choice and tasted good. the hotel was able to handle a strict gluten free diet. Thanks head chefs ebrahim, ayman and medhat for their extra care.

Rooms was clean. There was room cleaning everyday. i found the rooms fresh. the room are very large. there were 3 adults in my group. The 3 beds were comfy.

i found the fridge in my room not working properly the air conditioning also did not operate as it should i reported these issues multiple times it took considerable effort to get an engineer to address them the air conditioning never functioned adequately
