The hotel's location was perfect, very close to the mosque entrance! the staff were friendly and helpful during breakfast service. i found the room service delicious. Ordering one dish for two people is sufficient due to the large portions. checking in was swift, and the hotel granted me a late check-out until 2:00 pm.
the value for money was questionable though the hotel maintained its facility well!

The hotel is situated conveniently near the masjid nabawi. This allows for easy access to prayers. many stores are also nearby. This includes a mall and bin dawood for shopping needs. the proximity to the mosque is definitely ideal.

The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality. the reception staff greeted me with smiles. This created a cute atmosphere. the cleaning staff were efficient, they brought water and maintained the room well.

Rooms were notably clean. This contributed to a comfortable stay. the rooms offered a nice style. The interior perfume in the lobby felt refreshing. It made accessing different floors very efficient.

The breakfast buffet included a good variety. This catered to many tastes and preferences. the option of a tour bus for ziyarat located across the street is very convenient. coffee was readily available near the lobby, a nice touch.

i stayed in a beautiful room three bed partial haram view for 3 nights. the room was clean and well maintained. breakfast included a great variety of food, especially the restaurant staff. they were wonderful.
check-in was quite slow, a bit inconvenient after a long journey.
