i found the staff cute. the grounds and hotel were spotlessly clean. the food choice was great. the swim-up room i booked was also great.
entertainment was primarily in russian, which limited my enjoyment as an english speaker.

the staff handled some issues we had with professionalism (i really appreciated this). mr mohamed kamel and mr sameh were especially helpful making the stay comfortable. mohamed besheer from the concierge did a great job and was really sweet. mostafa and hossam, the housekeepers, made sure the room was special daily.
i found that some areas could benefit from slight improvements in maintenance.

The beautiful room included a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa. It also had a balcony. amenities included a mini-fridge stocked daily. a safe and climate control. fresh towels and toiletries were provided, with housekeeping completing a thorough cleaning each day.

the reception staff was available 24/7 and responded promptly to requests. bell service transported luggage efficiently from the entrance to rooms. the concierge provided information regarding tours and activities, and they helped with bookings. the staff seemed genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction.

the hotel offered direct access to a private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas. there were several shops located within a short walking distance from the hotel. taxis were readily available outside the main entrance, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The staff handled issues professionally. Mohamed Kamel and Sameh worked to. Mohamed Besheer from the concierge was sweet and helpful. Mostafa and Hossam, the housekeepers, made the room special daily. I appreciated the facilities and the delicious food with a variety of items each day.
The restaurant was quite far from my room and required using stairs or waiting for a bus which was sometimes an inconvenience after a long day.
