central location and clean rooms

the location was great. it is close to many restaurants. the rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. some staff were helpful (especially at reception).
the doorknob came off on the inside of my room. it could have been a safety issue. there were only two outlets in the kitchen.

The location was good. It was an easy walk to various attractions. The staff were helpful. They offered assistance with directions and recommendations.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms. The kitchenette was sparsely equipped. It missed some essential items, like basic cleaning supplies.

The location worked very well. it was easy to walk to many attractions and plenty of cafes are nearby. the staff held our luggage after checkout because our train was later (very helpful). i really loved our studio apartment. It was very spacious and had everything we needed.
I noticed a problem with the sofa bed. it was not suitable for sleeping. It felt very bad. we were unable to sleep comfortably all night (the mattress was very thin).

the hotel features a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool, though i did not use it. common spaces are lovely, including a nicely designed lobby and landing outside our room (very stylish).

interactions with reception were not efficient. the process was slow. this lacked value time.
