The location was good. It was an easy walk to various attractions. The staff were helpful. They offered assistance with directions and recommendations.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms. The kitchenette was sparsely equipped. It missed some essential items, like basic cleaning supplies. The elevators were also slow (this was frustrating during peak hours).

convenient and comfortable stay
great location helpful staff spacious apartment
The location worked very well. it was easy to walk to many attractions and plenty of cafes are nearby. the staff held our luggage after checkout because our train was later (very helpful). i really loved our studio apartment. It was very spacious and had everything we needed.
I noticed a problem with the sofa bed. it was not suitable for sleeping. It felt very bad. we were unable to sleep comfortably all night (the mattress was very thin).

the hotel features a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool, though i did not use it. common spaces are lovely, including a nicely designed lobby and landing outside our room (very stylish).

central location cathedral proximity helpful staff
location was really central. cathedral and shops are so close. i could easily walk to alhambra in about thirty minutes. the staff provided help when needed.
interactions with reception were not efficient. the process was slow. this lacked value time.
