excellent location room kettle free water faulty air conditioning sewage smell poor noise isolation
The location was excellent. I was pleased the room had a kettle. A complimentary bottle of water was in the room and so was a complimentary bottle of Catalan wine.
The air conditioning did not work and it was hot inside the room. The room smelled like sewage. Windows did not provide good noise isolation so street sounds were very audible.

AMAZING central location!
convenient location rooftop bar short walk
This hotel offers easy access to many key attractions. The location proved convenient for exploring the city. i really enjoyed the rooftop bar, it provided great cocktails with fantastic views. The airport shuttle bus stop is close. It is only a short walk from the hotel entrance.
The elevator WAS very small, it often felt crowded during peak hours.

mediocre stay near the rambla
constant vibrations plumbing issues
the location was convenient to many attractions i wanted to see.
the noise was quite bad i could hear everything happening in the hallway all night the metro runs right under the building so vibrations were constant i also had issues with the shower it kept clogging and the bathroom sink as well it was unpleasant.

amazing location helpful staff clean room small gym noise from rooms cold breakfast
the location is amazing it is in the middle of everything i wanted to see. the staff was helpful . the room was clean and modern it had everything i needed for my stay.
the gym was small it only had a few machines. the noise from other rooms was noticeable i heard doors slamming. the breakfast was cold it wasn't very appealing.
