the location suited me well. i found a taxi rank outside. a supermarket was also nearby. the lobby has bright artwork and architecture. i got a complimentary bottle of champagne in my room. free drink cards were available to use at the bar.
the air conditioner wasn't working, it was hot. i asked for a fan.

the hotel's vibrant interior was indeed a sight for sore eyes. the greenhouse restaurant offered a lunch i will never forget. i found the location to be safe, with major attractions just a stroll away. a welcome bottle was left in our room, a sweet surprise indeed.
the windows did not block out all the street noise completely, so sleep came with a little music.

The staff were very friendly. I received a complimentary drink voucher at the bar. The hotel location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, bars, and the metro. The beds were COMFY.
The noise was a problem. Rooms aren't soundproof. Conversations and music were audible from nearby rooms. It was difficult to sleep at night.

i was upgraded to a better room upon arrival. a handwritten welcome note was there with a bottle of cava. the hotel provided a glass bottle (it was very useful) that you could fill up with water at a water station near the elevator.
the wall of the room seemed thin, unfortunately. downstairs, people were celebrating in the bar (it is an open atrium bar) so i could hear everything in my room.

the location was great. i could walk to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. the rooftop terrace was relaxing.
the room was smaller than i expected. noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed. the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the room cool enough during the day. i wish the soundproofing was better.
