Wonderful stay!
helpful staff comfy room great food
I really liked the helpful staff, they even lent me a charger till the end of my holiday. My room was so comfy and included daily cleaning. Everything was great, like the room, staff, and food. I would come back for sure!

Food was lovely and I was happy for the excellent evening meal menu, it provided delicious options. The Sunday dinner tasted the best, I have never had one better than that. Staff paid close attention to our dog, a really nice touch.

The building had a historic feel with a pub and restaurant, I felt really good about it. There was no lift to use, so you need to take stairs. The location was in a really convenient town center, I appreciated the walk.

The room was very spacious with lots of comfortable chairs, so I enjoyed it. My bathroom was great with space for your items, it also had nice lighting. I found the bed very big and comfy, I could rest really well.

Customer service was wonderful, and I found them friendly. Check-in staff seemed lovely and provided much information. I felt glad for everything they do and would love to come back.

helpful staff spacious layout excellent lighting eating choice
the staff was always helpful! the room featured a spacious layout with comfortable easy chairs and beds, a pleasant surprise. the bathroom offered ample space, excellent lighting, and surfaces for personal items. i liked the choice of eating in the bar or restaurant.
the stairs were narrow and there wasn't a lift.

The inn is especially convenient as it's located right in the town center. Also plenty of parking is available close by, so getting around was simple, and made arrival easy.

The location was quite convenient, close to shops. The building had an interesting style. My room was a beautiful double room and included a large, comfortable bed.
i noticed a cobweb in the corner. the size suggested it had been there for some time. i also thought that housekeeping could have been better (perhaps more attention to detail).

narrow stairs bar noise
the staff were helpful. that met my expectations.
the noise from the bar persisted until closing. it made sleeping difficult. the stairs were narrow. there was no lift, so maneuvering luggage was challenging. it felt inconvenient.

approachable staff clean room daily service
the staff was very approachable, they even let me borrow a charger until i checked out. the room was very clean. i also appreciated the daily cleaning service.
