they were professional and happy to help with anything we needed, from extra towels to local recommendations. the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable (i really appreciated that). breakfast was fresh and varied with plenty of options.
i had to make couch bed up ourselves when we arrived. the air conditioning did not work in the room. the windows on the 9th floor were easy for children to open wide at a low height.
