A Balanced Experience

The location is excellent. It is convenient to the train station with only a short walk. The rooms are suitable for a solo traveler. The refreshments offered free during the day were a nice bonus. I enjoyed the juices, tea, coffee, biscuits, and cake.
The room was not serviced one day when I returned at 6 PM. The receptionist provided fresh towels, directing me to bring them up myself. I found no clear information regarding room servicing in the room, so I had to read online about it.

the lounge offered complimentary coffee, water, and biscuits, available ALL day. breakfast featured many options and local products. the room included a safe, which i found very convenient. reception staff were always helpful, answering all questions.
the hotel had LIMITED parking. i had to use a public car park that was a short walk away.

The staff were helpful and cute, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, i especially enjoyed the fresh-squeezed orange juice and pastries. the hotel's location is fantastic. It is close to major attractions and restaurants. i found secure and convenient parking available.
the minimal hanging space proved challenging , as there was limited room for clothing.

I found the hotel staff very helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the room lighting. The complimentary snacks and beverages in the club area were a nice touch, available all day. I appreciated the convenient location near the castle and many restaurants. I also liked the modern room design, maximizing space efficiently.
The bathroom layout presented a slight challenge with the shower entry impacting available space.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is great. It is close to the chateau and the lively downtown cafes. I found the hotel offered complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge in the afternoons. This was a nice bonus.
My room lacked a refrigerator. This was a slight inconvenience .
