the staff provided clear instructions about parking. i found the hotel easily to drop off luggage thanks to this information. the location was excellent with many restaurants nearby. i enjoyed having several shops in the area too.

i noticed the room was small. the interior design included unnecessary items. the room felt even smaller because of this.

the hotel features a comfortable lounge area downstairs. i observed that it provides a good space to sit and read. several guests were using the area to relax.

the hotel is perfectly situated in a pedestrian friendly area. most sites i wanted to see were within walking distance. the tram stop is only two blocks away. trams are free on weekends.

The staff were very helpful. i found the location to be excellent with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. communication before arrival was great. I received instructions on parking and luggage drop-off.

The location was great, close to Place Graslin. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. our room was not cleaned well, with sheets not changed . We also ran out of shower gel. The large bottle in the shower was almost empty when we checked in and was not replaced. On the second night, the air conditioning stopped working. The staff turned it on remotely, but I was unhappy it had been turned off. It was very warm.

The location proved really good. I found many excellent restaurants and shops located conveniently nearby. Public transportation access was easy. I also liked that the street location was quiet.

The room felt smaller because of the bed frame. A modern four-poster frame takes up space unnecessarily.
