The check-in process was VERY smooth. The lady at the desk was efficient. My room included a double bed and a single bed. A basic continental breakfast was provided each morning.
The room felt quite dated. The shower pressure was low. The room was COLD despite the heating being on, i am disappointed.

The hotel location proved advantageous. It was in the heart of everything. breakfast each morning offered delicious options and the staff served it piping hot. i found the staff friendly and helpful . the food was also very good, i must say.
the room i stayed in had a few minor issues that require attention.

the staff was awesome, and they helped me even when i checked in late. the hotel was spotlessly clean too. breakfast tasted good and i appreciate they cook it well.
the room upstairs felt very cold. the radiator wasn't big enough to heat the space, so i have to put on socks and a top while sleeping. the shower also had some rust spots on the taps, i notice.
