Really good Hotel Experience!
convenient location diverse breakfast friendly staff
The location proved convenient, with easy access to transportation options. I particularly enjoyed the diverse breakfast offering at the Atrium restaurant. The selection was very excellent. All hotel staff were very friendly. I found the Executive Club access beneficial.
The gym was smaller than expected. It had limited equipment. This made it challenging to complete my workout routine fully. I would have appreciated a larger space.

My room had modern amenities and was very clean. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Daily complimentary water bottles were provided, a plus!

I loved the breakfast buffet, such variety and great quality. i was also able to go to the executive lounge. Free drinks and food were available. the swimming pool had a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
the air conditioning was too strong and i found i couldn't set the temperature higher than 23 degrees celsius. the building and room showed their age a little. i noticed some scuff marks and a loose faucet in the bathroom.

average stay, some concerns
tiny room unimaginative hotel
the pool opened early at 7am and i swam twice and that was acceptable.
i found the room to be tiny. it seemed like a marriot hotel from the 1980s. everything felt bland, boring, and i found it unimaginative. it seemed like a hotel from a lost era and not a 5-star hotel.

slow service incorrect order
the location was great. polite staff were always around, it was convenient.
I was really disappointed by the room service, it took over an hour to get a simple meal. I was expecting much faster service. the food arrived cold and the order was incorrect. i will likely not use that service again.

helpful staff comfortable room central location
The staff was very helpful both inside and outside the hotel! they provided excellent directions to the best shopping areas, taking the time to understand my preferences! the rooms are comfortable and offer great amenities. I also enjoyed the fantastic location. it was quiet despite being so central!
i think the breakfast could use some improvement, though everything else was great
