the location was great. polite staff were always around, it was convenient.
I was really disappointed by the room service, it took over an hour to get a simple meal. I was expecting much faster service. the food arrived cold and the order was incorrect. i will likely not use that service again.

The staff was very helpful both inside and outside the hotel! they provided excellent directions to the best shopping areas, taking the time to understand my preferences! the rooms are comfortable and offer great amenities. I also enjoyed the fantastic location. it was quiet despite being so central!
