Really good Hotel Experience

seamless check-ininternational breakfast
I appreciated the seamless check-in process. The room's park view was definitely noteworthy. I also found the international breakfast options offered a great variety. The food tasted very fresh. The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality, especially the lounge team.

friendly waitercentral locationold room
i enjoyed the pool it opened until 10pm. the skybar waiter was friendly. i liked the location it was across from lumphini park.
the room was old and run down on the 18th floor. the tiles looked dirty and the hotel did not look like a five star one.

old tiles
it reminded me of i spent half my time just waiting for them. also, my room had some issues. the tiles looked quite old and not really clean. i think the hotel tries, but it isn't really worth the 5 stars it claims.
