I stayed in a SO Cozy Double Room City View. The room had a nice city view and the room was very clean. The rooftop bar provided great views. The breakfast offered a large selection of foods. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
The elevators required a transfer and sometimes had long wait times.

Excellent hotel with minor issues

i received an upgrade to a suite room . this allowed me to have a good sleep during my last day. the customer manager was very helpful in arranging this upgrade for us.
muddy water came out from the bathroom tap on one occasion. the issue persisted for nearly an hour, quite inconvenient. i was later moved to a different room.

the hotel is near the metro, which offers access to many parts of the city. the hotel also faces a huge park. i found it easy to move around the city, thanks to the convenient location.

Really good Hotel Experience

I appreciated the seamless check-in process. The room's park view was definitely noteworthy. I also found the international breakfast options offered a great variety. The food tasted very fresh. The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality, especially the lounge team.

i enjoyed the pool it opened until 10pm. the skybar waiter was friendly. i liked the location it was across from lumphini park.
the room was old and run down on the 18th floor. the tiles looked dirty and the hotel did not look like a five star one.

underwhelming stay with elevator issues

elevator problemsold tiles
i have to say, the elevators here are a real problem. it seemed like i spent half my time just waiting for them. also, my room had some issues. the tiles looked quite old and not really clean. i think the hotel tries, but it isn't really worth the 5 stars it claims.
